Respect

A key component to accept differences and admire each other.

Families are the primary educator of their children and it is our responsibility to create meaningful opportunities to uphold their cultures, identities, abilities and strengths (Bronfenbrenner.)

We advocate for the Rights of the Child as defined in the UN

Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Integrety

A key component to being dependable and honourable

We follow the guiding principles of the Education and Care Services National Law, National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines, UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and ECA’s Code of Ethics.

We role-model high ethical principles in our actions and communication.

Compassion

A key component to being understanding and kind.

We endeavour to connect with each child and their family to promote a strong sense of wellbeing and belonging by developing secure, reciprocal relationships (Early Years Learning Framework.)

Our play and inquiry based learning provides a supportive environment where children can ask questions, solve problems and engage in critical thinking.
