We are passionate about encouraging healthy eating and nutrition so that your little ones can truly become their best selves. Healthy eating is a cornerstone to your child’s growth, wellbeing and development. Our in center Chef provides a menu of fresh, healthy meals that provide balance and essential nutrients for growing little bodies, whilst catering to food intolerance’s and food allergies. To support the notion that the environment is the third teacher, we wanted to build a strong connection to where food comes from and build a deeper understanding that we can create a farm to table approach. We have been building our home-grown vegetable, fruit and herb gardens where our learners can see firsthand how these edible plants grow and change over time. We aim to Nourish the soul at Mealtimes.
